Are you a “hot head “in Conflict Situations?
For conflict to be useful we need to stay engaged not only with the conversation but with what is at stake. Psychologists tell us that we have two processes for managing conflict conversations - one is hot and the other is cool. There are lots of advantages to being able to operate “cool”. Be careful though that you don’t come across as disengaged.
